LOFT ON THE BEACH
LOFT ON THE BEACH is located in one of the most sought after areas in the South of Gran Canaria, Arguineguin (Mogan).
Arguineguin is a seaside village with one of the best climates in the world, with year-long sunshine and protection from the wind.
Within a distance of 2km, you’ll find a white beach with the most famous crystal clear water, Anfi del Mar.
Within a ten minute drive, you’ll find the natural reserve of Dunas de Maspalomas, Faro de Maspalomas and Puerto Mogan, a small port also known as “small Venice”. Puerto Mogan presents colourful streets and an equipped beach in the centre of a lively area full of shops and restaurants. Each Friday, the biggest market of the island is open.
LOFT ON THE BEACH is located in front of the equipped beach of Arguineguin. On the seafront, there are numerous local restaurants and bars as well as a natural pool visible in the pictures. The complex is composed of 4 lofts, built in 2023. They are the results of the renovations carried on an old house that previously belonged to fishermen.
The two lofts with a terrace include a private Jacuzzi. The lofts without the terrace include access to the Solarium with a view on the ocean and a communal Jacuzzi. The complex also includes a lift to simplify the transport with luggage.

PANORAMIC SUN TERRACE
It is located on the roof, on the fourth floor. It has a beautiful and open view of the Atlantic ocean. It is possible to see the Teide (the volcano of Tenerife). Our Terrace is the perfect chill-out area shared among the four lofts where you’ll find a jacuzzi, a shower, and some beanbags where you can relax and sunbathe.
